Dhahran Techno Valley and ROSHN Group Sign MoU to Accelerate Real Estate Transformation in Saudi Arabia

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 26 November 2025

Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV), a subsidiary of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) and Saudi Arabia’s global hub for technology and innovation in energy and sustainability, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia’s leading multi-asset class real estate developer, during Cityscape Global.

The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration between the two entities across innovation, entrepreneurship, talent development, and the advancement of cutting-edge real estate technologies. It establishes a framework for joint programs and initiatives that bridge the gap between research and industry, support knowledge transfer, promote local content, and accelerate the development of scalable, real-world real estate solutions.

As part of the agreement, both parties will work closely on initiatives including collaborative research, startup engagement, venture development, accelerator programs, and innovation-focused events. Additionally, the partnership supports attracting hard-tech startups to establish a presence in Dhahran, leveraging DTV’s ecosystem and ROSHN Group’s large-scale developments.

Mohammed Abousharifah, CEO of Dhahran Techno Valley Holding Company said: “Our collaboration with ROSHN Group reflects DTV’s commitment to driving innovation across sectors, including the rapidly evolving real estate landscape. Combining our research and startup ecosystem with ROSHN’s development expertise and scale, we are creating a platform that will accelerate technology adoption, empower entrepreneurs, and support Saudi Arabia’s transformation under Vision 2030.”

The MoU lays the foundation for sustained collaboration between both organizations, with a joint working team set to activate priority initiatives. Through this partnership, DTV and ROSHN Group aim to advance real estate innovation and contribute to the Kingdom’s long-term economic transformation.
