Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - 26 November 2025 - Dhahran Techno Valley (DTV), a subsidiary of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) and Saudi Arabia's global hub for technology and innovation in energy and sustainability, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ROSHN Group, Saudi Arabia's leading multi-asset class real estate developer.
The partnership, launched through ROSHNEXT - ROSHN Group's innovation arm - focuses on PropTech innovations that enhance quality of life and community living, including the Visionary Program through which selected teams receive funding, specialized training, expert mentorship, and opportunities to launch proof-of-concept projects with ROSHN.
